Our Production Process

1. Technical Assessment and Requirements Analysis

Product dimensions, weight, frequency of use, transport route, floor structure and maneuvering area are evaluated.

2. System Design

Frame geometry, profile sections, platform structure, wheel arrangement, forklift pockets and fixing points are determined. Technical drawings are prepared.

3. Manufacturing

Steel profiles, sheet metal, wheel connections and auxiliary components are cut, machined and welded according to project dimensions.

4. Surface Treatment and Inspection

Electrostatic powder coating, wet paint, galvanizing or protective coating is applied. Dimensions, welds, wheel connections and frame compatibility are inspected.

5. Testing and Movement Inspection

Wheel movement, braking system, maneuverability, forklift pockets and load placement are checked.

6. Shipment and Site Handover

The cart is delivered, and final adjustments, load-fixing components and site-compatibility checks are completed.
